Dance With Me/Tumbling for ages 2-3 (4 spots left)

Class Description: Our Dance with Me/Tumbling class introduces beginning dance/tumbling moves through creative movement, pre-ballet, and tumbling. Basic moves learned: front roll, back roll, back bends, balancing exercises, jumps, hops, leaps. The perfect introduction to dance! Dress Code: Girls - leotard, cotton socks, ballet shoes. Boys -White t-shirt, black shorts, cotton socks, ballet shoes. Parent: Comfortable gym clothing, cotton socks.

Friday 5:45 - 7:15pm

Sunday 9:30am - 11:00am accepting new studenst (10 spots)

Beginner Contemporary is designed to help dancers gain confidence in this style of dance through a moderate pace class that focuses on technique and basic lyrical style choreography. This is a great class for a ballet dancer who are looking to add the contemporary dance skill. Combines classical dance technique with precision acrobatic elements. It is defined by its athletic, character, its unique choreography, which seamlessly blends dance and acrobatics, and its use of acrobatics in a dance context.  Age requirement: 7 and up. Dress Code: Leotard, footless tights, canvas contemporary ballet shoe. 

Saturday 12:45 - 1:45pm

Stretching Conditioning for ages 5-7 Stretch class complements the training of the ballet student. In this class, students will increase their understanding of their anatomy and dance alignment while increasing flexibility and strengthening their core, fee, turnout muscles, legs, back, and upper body posture. Students will focus on learning how to stretch correctly by releasing overall tension, releasing muscle tension, and relaxing the mind, while defining specific muscles groups.
