IMAGINATION DANCE CAMP (3.5 - 5 years)
Led by Ms. Marianna and our caring teen dancer assistants, this fun camp provides a wonderful exploration of dance, music and art in a creative and friendly environment. There will be two (2) week-long sessions, each with a special theme and associated activities. Each day we will have regular pre-ballet class, story time, arts and crafts, snack time and more!
STORY BALLET MINI CAMP (6 - 8 years)
This is a wonderful exploration of The Nutcracker, Act II and Cinderella. Students will enjoy a fun and immersive afternoon exploring the design, setting and characters. Daily ballet class and fantasy games will help them to advance their ballet technique in a creative and engaging way. Each day will have different projects, such as painting scenery and making props, to prepare for our last day performance. It will be a wonderful week that will capture the creative spirit of each young dancer.
YOUNG DANCERS CAMP (6 - 8 years)
This camp is ideal for young dancers with some ballet experience (completed Pre-Ballet 1 & 2), who would benefit from more rigorous and intensive ballet instruction. Students will spend their mornings doing floor barre exercises, barre, center work and character dance. In addition to physical training, dancers will also enjoy immersive craft time, making props and costumes for the showcase performance held on the final day of camp.
BEGINNER BALLET INTENSIVE
The Beginner Ballet Intensive is designed for novice-level dancers (completed Pre-Ballet 3 or Ballet 1) who seek a more rigorous and intensive camp experience. This program aims to assist students in becoming more focused and dedicated dancers. Students will improve their technique and strength though floor barre exercises, barre and center work. Students will also improve their dance fluency through character dance, contemporary dance and new choreography. In addition to physical training, the class will come together for a daily lecture or demonstration that will expand their knowledge about the world of dance, stagecraft, nutrition and wellness.
